Central West End farm feeds hundreds of people each week

What started as a hobby for Arthur Culbert is now a reality to feed hundreds. He began Central West End Farms on a small plot of unused land, and saw the potential for something much bigger – a way to help the local community. Now, 6 years later, the Gift Garden has been able to give 12,000 pounds of food to those less fortunate. All of it for free. Culbert is hoping that the concept will catch on to other parts of St Louis and from there, around the country.
